This is a pre-plague publication. All issues on this website were created between 6 and 13 years ago.

The shoots are the product of the heart, brain, time, talent, material, and soul of the participants—showing who they truly wanted to be and what they could imagine in Melbourne, Australia, which was, at the time, a true alternative fashion capital.

Many of the images embrace the Goth, Emo, Steampunk, and Neo-Victorian styles that perfectly captured Melbourne's spirit back then.

It all began when the Queen of Goths and alternative fashion, Countess Grotesque, reached out to one of the photographers (and ultimately the publisher of this magazine) with an offer to shoot. That first collaboration sparked a long and beautiful association, drawing in other alternative fashion creators, models, makeup artists, clothing designers, and photographers.

The magazine was born to showcase their work for all time—an acknowledgment of how special these people and their creations truly are. They are expressions of humans who lived outside the boundaries of normal space and time.

We thank them for what they brought into our world: a sense of wonder, shock, and awe (LOL).

The printed copies are on heavy paper with PUR binding—always limited edition, with only 100 hard copies produced per issue. Some editions now have only a handful left. That's why we also offer digital PDFs—a cost-effective way to share the love.
